<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct the correction region of a teeth image by suppressing feeling of incompatibility with the surroundings. <P>SOLUTION: The image region of teeth is detected from a face image (S2006), and the saturation of the image region of teeth is adjusted (S2008), and the correction object region of luminance is detected from the image region of teeth having undergone saturation adjustment (S2009).
