PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield flat cable having no need for installing an opening on an insulating film, and surely and easily making electric connection between a shield film and a ground conductor without preparing a two-ply flat square conductor piled as a ground conductor. SOLUTION: In the shield flat cable, a plurality of flat square conductors 3 including the ground conductor are arranged on the flat surface at designated intervals, both sides of an arranged face of the flat square conductor 3 are coated by the insulating films 4a, 4b, the outside of the insulating film is coated by the shield film 5, and conductor exposed sections 2a, 2b are provided at its terminal. Further, the ground conductor 3b is folded back at the opposite side of a conductor exposed face at least on the conductor exposed section 2a, and the tip end 3b<SB>2</SB>of the ground conductor 3b is electrically connected with the shield film 5.
