PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical pick-up apparatus which secures its stable operation and reduces cost. SOLUTION: In the optical pick-up apparatus, a base portion 3D of a flexible wiring board 3 and an adhering portion 4A of a fastening sheet 4 are adhered to each other so as to be interposed between a spindle-motor fastening plate 13 and a bottom cover plate 9. Thereby, the base portion 3D of the flexible wiring board 3 can be fastened to both the spindle-motor fastening plate 13 and the bottom cover plate 9. Therefore, undesirable movement and deformation of the flexible wiring board 3 which is caused by the seek operation of an optical pick-up portion 2A can be suppressed while suppressing increased in the number of its components, and the damage of the components provided in the flexible wiring board 3 and in its periphery can be prevented.
