PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily notify a location of a fire extinguisher in time of fire to quickly handle initial fire extinction. SOLUTION: A color of a sensor symbol 74-1 having issued a fire warning in a map (72) displayed on a screen when receiving fire occurrence information is changed into other color different from the color for normal monitoring and is blinked. Simultaneously, a fire extinguisher symbol 78 installed near the sensor symbol 74-1 having issued the fire warning is detected, and a color thereof is changed into other color different from the color for the normal monitoring and is blinked. When bringing a mouse cursor 80 close to the fire extinguisher symbol 78, a fire extinguisher guidance moving image 82 showing instructions for the fire extinguisher is reproduced.
