PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent creep of an annular body without using a sensor holder in the state where the annular body constituting a bearing is fitted to a peripheral face of a stationary member and positioned in the axial direction. SOLUTION: An outer peripheral face of a stationary side bearing ring 21 as the annular body is fitted to an inner peripheral face of the stationary member 11. While one side face of the stationary side bearing ring 21 is made abut on a positioning part 11 formed on the inner peripheral face of the stationary member 10 and positioned on one side in the axial direction, another positioning member 12 comprising a spacer ring fitted to the inner peripheral face of the stationary member 10 is made abut on the other side face of the stationary side bearing ring 21. By screwing a mounting member 13 made abut on the other side end part of the positioning member 12 to the other side end part of the stationary member 10, the positioning member 12 is pressed on the other side face of the stationary side bearing ring 21, and the stationary side bearing ring 21 is tightly sandwiched from its both sides by the both positioning members 11, 12.
