PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a clip to an assembling component so as not to drop out while reducing facility cost and man-hour, and to decrease cost, when the clip for assembling the assembling component to a main body component is installed to the assembling component. SOLUTION: An installing seat 10 is provided in a protruding manner on a center panel 1. The clip 20 has a head portion 21, and a first clipping piece portion 22 and a second clipping piece portion 23 extending from the head portion 21. The clip 20 is positioned in the distal end side of a projecting direction of the installing seat 10, and the first and second clipping piece portions 22, 23 are installed to the installing seat 10 so as to clip the installing seat 10. The installing seat 10 is provided with an extending portion 18 projecting toward of the distal end side the projecting direction rather than the head portion 21 of the clip 20 in an installation state. The extending portion 18, a stopper portion 19 is provided so as to oppose to the head portion 21 of the clip 20.
