<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact sunlight incident direction sensor capable of outputting an accurate incident direction detection signal. <P>SOLUTION: The sunlight incident direction sensor comprises a cylinder in which light can enter from its top surface, four photodetectors disposed inside the bottom of the cylinder, a light shield mark formed in the center of the top surface of the cylinder, an incident light quantity measuring means of receiving outputs of the respective photodetectors to measure quantities of the incident light, and an incident direction decision means of deciding an incident direction based upon measured values thereof, wherein the cylinder and light shield mark constitute a sensor body of one unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
