PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner pressure control device for a fuel tank capable of coping with inner pressure change of the fuel tank without fuel component discharged to outside of the fuel tank and without receiving influence of engine stop or the like. SOLUTION: An adsorbing and desorbing means 12 capable of selectively adsorbing and desorbing air component in vapor is made communicate to an upper space in the fuel tank 1 via a vapor passage 10, and the adsorbing and desorbing means 12 and the vapor passage 10 do not communicate to an outside air. The fuel tank 1 is provided with a pressure detection means 14 detecting inner pressure of the fuel tank 1, and the vapor passage 10 is provided with a pressure regulating means 13 controlling and retaining pressure acting on the adsorbing and desorbing means 12. When the inner pressure of the fuel tank 1 is higher than atmospheric pressure, vapor is pumped to the adsorbing and desorbing means 12 side by the pressure regulating means 13 until the inner pressure of the fuel tank 1 gets equivalent to atmospheric pressure. When the inner pressure of the fuel tank 1 is lower than atmospheric pressure, vapor is pumped to the fuel tank 1 side by the pressure regulating means 13 until the inner pressure of the fuel tank 1 gets equivalent to atmospheric pressure.
