PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system that corrects the alignment of wheels in a traveling state to improve fuel consumption performance. SOLUTION: Operating states of a suspension device 4 (alignment adjustment device) are controlled by an alignment control means during the travel of a vehicle, and when the alignment of the wheels 2 is adjusted, the travel resistance of the vehicle 1 in increased or decreased. The control device detects the travel resistance of the vehicle 1 from a value of an electric current supplied to a wheel drive device 3 (electric motor 3a), and the alignment of the wheels 2 is adjusted so that the travel resistance of the vehicle 1 is decreased.
