PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for deleting or isolating computer viruses. SOLUTION: The method of deleting or isolating computer viruses comprises the steps of: selecting and loading an operating system in which an anti-virus module is arranged from a plurality of operating systems in a computer, when the computer is started (S102); detecting, by the anti-virus module, the computer viruses with respect to a partition of the plurality of operating systems other than the operating system in which the anti-virus module is arranged and deleting or isolating detected computer viruses (S104). According to the present invention, a problem wherein the basic operating system can not be started due to infection by viruses may be solved, and thus the system stability is greatly improved.
