PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optical device capable of enhancing the uniformity of the film thickness of a functional layer (for instance, a light-emitting layer) of an operation element. SOLUTION: Each of a plurality of constituent units comprises: a light-emitting element including a functional layer held between a first electrode and a second electrode; and a driving circuit for supplying power to the light-emitting element. The first electrode is formed so as to overlap with a plurality of wiring layers constituting the driving circuit. First and second wiring patterns 30, 40 positioned on the first and the second layers in the wiring layers, respectively, have parts extending in parallel with each other below the first electrode, and the parts extending in parallel are formed so as not to overlap with the wiring layers.
