PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing raising-seedling culture soil, capable of producing raising-seedling culture soil which has less water content to be lightweight, excellent handling, and equal strength after coagulating, and capable of omitting or shortening a drying process when producing, to be a cause of the occurrence of migration of a binder and consumption of drying heat energy, and to provide the raising seedling culture soil produced by the method. SOLUTION: This method for producing the raising-seedling culture soil comprises preparing a mixture by mixing a culture soil with a reemulsified resin powder which is prepared from aqueous synthetic resin emulsion dispersion stabilized by a polyvinyl alcohol-based resin, and using the mixture as it is or granulating the mixture.
