The system has a maintenance door (3), a closing element (7) and a fuel collector (1) that is provided with pressure-reducing devices (2) and mechanical operating devices from outer side. An inspection window (4) is provided with a fire-safe path-hinged metal rotary slide valve. A filling- and return-air line (5) is coupled at an upper end of a column-shaped fuel storage shaft, where the filling- and return-air line is guided downward. A positive pressure opening over roof (6) is provided alternative to the return-air line. The shaft is implemented in spatial combination with an exhaust shaft.
