Preparing oils and fats by constant product characteristics as raw material for biofuels, comprises: separating the oils and/or fats in a base acid, palmitic acid and stearic acid; separating the palmitic acid and stearic acid; compositioning the remaining fatty acids in a desired ratio, which corresponds to desired ideal biofuel; and preparing biodiesel by separating glycerin and adding methanol.
