A revolution black tea composition, and a method for preparing the composition are provided to obtain the sweet and sour taste and the effect of black food. A revolution black tea composition comprises 28 ~ 36 wt% of black bean, 25 ~ 17 wt% of Inonotus Obliquus, 15 ~ 10 wt% of Pueraria thunbergiana BENTH., 10 ~ 15 wt% of Curcuma aromatica Salisbury, 5 ~ 10 wt% of Glycyrrhizae Radix, 6 ~ 3 wt% of citric acid, 6 ~ 3 wt% of dried stevia, 3 ~ 5 wt% of vitamin C, and 2 ~ 1 wt% of Salicornia herbacea L.
