<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor, a sound processing method, a program and a sound retrieval system, for processing data in accordance with the human being. <P>SOLUTION: This information processor 200 processes acoustic data as an actual spectrum. The information processor includes: an acoustic data processing means 202 for acquiring the acoustic data, for allocating a block by a frequency area and a time zone, to the acquired acoustic data, and for calculating a power spectrum for each block; an acoustic analysis means 204 for calculating an interblock contrast giving an influences of simultaneous and temporally adjacent sounds, based on the power spectrum of block unit from the acoustic data processing means 202, and for calculating a physiological level feature amount, and a physiological level feature amount database means 222 for registering the physiological level feature amount in association with a sound identification value for identifying the acoustic data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
