PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bound polishing tool having a novel porous structure permeable to a flow of fluid.

SOLUTION: The joint polishing tool having the novel porous structure permeable to a flow of fluid contains abrasive grains and binder each having a relatively low volume rate and a relatively low hardness grade and has improved mechanical strength and grinding performance. A manufacturing method is explained about the polishing tool utilizing the abrasive grains in an aggregate form.
