PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for preventing or suppressing a permanent magnet from being falsely arranged while improving resistance to demagnetization in a rotor applied to an embedded magnet type motor. SOLUTION: In embedding a permanent magnet group along a direction parallel to a rotary shaft 90 in a rotor core 12b, a pair of first permanent magnets 14b are made of a material having a larger coercive force and a smaller remanence than those of a second permanent magnet 16b embedded therebetween, and the surface where the pair of first permanent magnets 14b are close to the second permanent magnet 16b is inclined to a direction parallel to the rotary shaft 90.
