PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC-DC converter having a temperature compensation circuit. SOLUTION: The temperature compensation circuit 300 is arranged between a feedback differential amplifier circuit 26 of the DC-DC converter 2a and an output voltage measuring circuit 25 to compensate for a voltage level variation which results from an atmospheric temperature and is caused by a DC output voltage Vout of the DC-DC converter. The temperature compensation circuit includes the temperature measuring circuit 4, measures the atmospheric temperature by using the temperature measuring circuit, and generates a temperature signal Vt on the basis of the measurement. A current source circuit 3 is connected between a feedback signal input terminal 26a of the feedback differential amplifier circuit and the output voltage measuring circuit, and generates a current value according to the magnitude of the temperature signal generated by the temperature measuring circuit, adds a compensation voltage proportional to the current value to the DC output voltage, and adjusts a voltage value of the DC output voltage. The temperature signal generated by the temperature measuring circuit is a temperature signal having a positive temperature characteristic, or a temperature signal having a negative temperature characteristic.
