PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated type filter having an attenuating characteristic suitable to a communication terminal such as a cellphone corresponding to an one-segment broadcasting. SOLUTION: In the laminated type filter, a coil portion 10 has a nonmagnetic layer 11, magnetic layers 13 provided so as to sandwich at least the nonmagnetic layer 11 between them, and first and second coil conductors 15, 17 provided in the nonmagnetic layer 11 and coupled magnetically to each other. A capacitance generating portion 20 has a functional layer 21 having a dielectric characteristic, and has a plurality of inner electrodes 23, 25, 27 provided in the functional layer 21 and facing each other. The relative permeability of the magnetic layers 13 is in the range of 35-120, and the resonance frequency of the coil portion 10 is in the range of 470-770 MHz, and further, the resonance frequency of the capacitance generating portion 20 is in the range of 0.8-2.3 GHz, and moreover, the cut-off frequency to normal noises is≥100 MHz.
