PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide effective electrostatic prevention structure for a liquid crystal panel when narrowing a frame and reducing the width thereof. SOLUTION: One end side of a conductive rubber cushion CRC is connected onto a translucent conductive film ITO via a conductive adhesive material, and the other end side is connected to a backlight lower frame BLF2 through a hole BFH bored in a backlight upper frame BLF1. One part of a portion where the backlight upper frame BLF1 overlaps the backlight lower frame BLF2 is opened in the hole BFH, and a swollen part PJ is formed therein to protrude one part of the backlight upper frame BLF1 to the outside.
