PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet post-processing device improved in productivity and reliability by arranging position of a rear end fence lower than a lower part of a staple tray, providing a moving fence as a mechanism for raising a sheet bundle into an operation trajectory range of discharge claws, and switching control of the moving fence in response to a predetermined condition, and to provide an image forming device and an image forming system. SOLUTION: A moving member 42 is provided to raise a sheet bundle in discharge after aligning sheets or sheet bundles stacked in a sheet stacking means 34 in a direction crossing the conveying direction, and the moving member 42 raises the sheet bundle into an operation trajectory range of a discharging member 38a for scooping an end surface of the sheet bundle.
