PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prize exchange system without a risk of a game parlor suffering a loss even if the process for providing a prize for a user is executed without subtracting a valuable value corresponding to the prize to be exchanged from the valuable value the user owns. SOLUTION: When a prize management device 70 receives a delivery cancellation request including a reservation fixing ID of the delivery information the user wants to cancel from a reservation fixing terminal in the game parlor (S701) after correlating the delivery information for delivering the prize to the user with the reservation fixing ID and registering the delivery information in a delivery information database, the prize management device 70 deletes the delivery information corresponding to the reservation fixing ID from the delivery information database as a process for stopping providing the prize (S703) when a command to deliver the prize corresponding to the reservation fixing ID is not executed (No in S702).
