A semiconductor light emitting module (101) includes a heat dissipation block (102) performing heat dissipation and serving as an electrode, an insulation film (103) covering the heat dissipation block (102) for insulation, and a power distribution film (104) layered via the insulation film (103) and serving as the other electrode. A semiconductor light emitting element (111) actually connected electrically and emitting light is electrically connected directly to the heat dissipation block (102) and the other terminal is connected to the power distribution film (104) via a conductive wire (112).
