SLIDE LOCK DEVICE

A slide lock device that can hold a rotatable movable member, such as a door, in an open state in a stepless or fine stepwise manner and in which force for holding the movable member in the open state and force for closing the movable member are easily adjusted. The slide lock device has a lever plate (1), a slide member (3), a lock piece (4), and a release member (5). The lever plate (1) has one end rotatably fixed to a stationary member. The slide member (3) is installed on the movable member rotatable in forward and reverse directions relative to the stationary member and moves along the lever plate (1) as the movable member rotates in the forward and reverse directions. The lock piece (4) has a plate spring (2) coming into contact with the lever plate (1) to generate friction force and can move along the lever plate (1) while being placed inside the slide member (3). The release member (5) is provided on the slide member (3) so as to be able to enter between the plate spring (2) and the lever plate (1). When the slide member (3) and the lock piece (4) move relative to each other, the release member (5) enters and exits from between the plate spring (2) and the lever plate (1).
