A method for manufacturing a functional panel, and the functional panel manufactured by the method are provided to suppress the discoloration of a panel and to reduce the construction period. A method for manufacturing a functional panel comprises the steps of kneading clay, an IR radiating material, a foaming resin and water; molding the paste to make a panel(1); drying the panel; sintering the dried panel to make a porous panel; injecting the microorganism to the sintered porous panel; and maturing the panel. |
