An electromagnetic interference(EMI) shielding thin gasket with impact-resistance and manufacturing method thereof is provided to reduce manufacturing cost by laminating a nickel layer , a copper layer, and a nickel layer between top and bottom of the sheet member. In an electromagnetic interference(EMI) shielding thin gasket with impact-resistance, a polymer pore(10) having foam 80% and lower than the average porosity 0.5mm is assembled with a film into a thin sheet member. A through-hole(50) is formed on the sheet member in the thickness direction, and a nickel layer(30) , a copper layer(40), and a nickel layer are laminated between top and bottom of the sheet member, and a conductive adhesive(60) is included on the single-side of the plating layer.
