IMAGE REPRODUCING DEVICE, IMAGING APPARATUS AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means which enables a user to easily compare a non-edited image with an image edited by image editing.

SOLUTION: An image reproducing device is capable of reproducing a first image and a second image resulting from applying image editing to the first image. The device includes a data reading section for reading a first image file including data of the first image and a second image file including data of the second image; a display section for playing back and displaying images; an operating section which accepts input of a user; and a control section which controls reproduction and display in response to the input of the operating section. At least either when first identification data indicating the second image produced from the first image are included in the first image file or when second identification data indicating the first image that is an editing source of the second image are included in the second image file, based on at least either the first identification data or the second identification data, the control section then displays a comparison screen simultaneously displaying thereon the first image and the second image before and after image editing on the display section.
