<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel bearing device with a rotating speed detection device capable of enhancing rigidity of a sensor holder to prevent the occurrence of creep and deformation and improving close adhesiveness with other parts to enhance airtightness and durability over a long time. <P>SOLUTION: This wheel bearing device with the rotating speed detection device is provided with the sensor holder 20 fitted internally into an end part of an outward member 3 through tightening allowance, formed by injection molding by using synthetic resin, and incorporating a rotating speed sensor 29. A seal 11 is provided with an annular sealing plate 21 composed of a core metal unit 24 insert-molding the sensor holder 20 and a sealing member 25 joined with it, a slinger 22 press-fitted into an inner ring 6, and a pulser ring 23 having a magnetic encoder 28 having magnetic poles N, S magnetized alternately in the peripheral direction.
