<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a printing method, the drawing positional accuracy of a pattern and a metallic lustrous region of which is improved in a printed material including a metallic lustrous region expressed by metallic powder or metal foil, and printing equipment. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the printed material including the metallic lustrous region is composed of a process for producing the basic data of the pattern and the basic data of a bonding pattern corresponding to the metallic lustrous region by data-processing image data to be printed including the metallic lustrous region and a pattern region, a process for printing the pattern on a basic drawing material by a minute droplet discharging method according to the basic data of the pattern, a process for obtaining measured data of the coordinates of the pattern by measuring the coordinates of the printed pattern, a process for calculating a pattern positional error by comparingly calculating the basic data of the pattern and the measured data of the coordinates of the pattern, a process for obtaining bonding pattern correcting data by applying the pattern positional error to the bonding pattern basic data, a process for forming an adhesive layer onto the basic drawing material according to the correcting data of the bonding pattern by the minute droplet discharging method and a process for forming the metallic lustrous region by adhering the metallic powder or metal foil to the adhesive layer on the basic drawing material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
