<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel bearing with a sensor capable of accurately detecting a load applied to a wheel without being influenced by a hysteresis. <P>SOLUTION: The wheel bearing comprises an outer member 1 having double-row rolling surfaces 3 formed on the inner periphery; an inner member 2 having rolling surfaces 4 formed on the outer periphery to oppose to the rolling surfaces 3; and double-row rolling elements 5 interposed between the opposing rolling surfaces 3, 4 of the both members 1, 2. On the outer diameter surface of a fixation side member out of the outer member 1 and the inner member 2, at least one sensor unit 19 is provided. The sensor unit 19 has a distortion generating member 20 having two or more contact fixation parts 20a contacted with and fixed to the outer diameter surface of the fixation side member and a sensor 21 mounted to the distortion generating member 20 and detecting distortion of the distortion generating member 20.
