<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin composition for forming a color filter barrier plate which has excellent compatibility of an ink repellent agent, favorable surface appearance after making a film and pattern shape, and excellent surface ink repellency, and on the other hand, maintains surface ink repellency even after ordinary washing or a lapse of time. <P>SOLUTION: This photosensitive resin composition for forming color filter barrier plate contains: (A) fluorine contained resin having a monomer unit formed by a monomer expressed by the following general formula; and a photosensitive component reacting with ultraviolet rays (300 nm-450 nm), and the proportion of the fluorine contained resin (A) to 100 pts.wt. total solid in the composition is 0.5-10 pts.wt. A general formula (1) CH<SB>2</SB>=C(Rn)-COO-Y-Rf.
