<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parameter controller which brings about an dynamic and varied modulation effect. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of operation parameters having different followability for changes of a bender operation value outputted from a bender wheel 12 are produced. The plurality of operation parameters which are produced are allotted to a variety of control parameters which modify a musical sound component.
