PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processing circuit capable of precisely determining whether a signal is of an input signal corresponding to long push operation even if noise distorts the waveform of a leader code in the input signal. SOLUTION: In illumination equipment 100, the signal processing circuit 142 is provided, which is started for each start signal formed in the input signal SGi and stores a program for executing signal recognition processing (SP1) for recognizing digitized input information based on the input signal SGi. The input signal allows random access to recognize and is composed of the leader code in which one of deletion information and non-deletion information is formed and a follower code arranged immediately after the leader code. In the signal recognition processing (SP1), even if one of the deletion information and the non-deletion information is recognized, the signal processing started next executes the recognition processing of the follower code.
