PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jacket for vulcanizing a belt sleeve, capable of improving a mold releasing characteristic and the service life of the jacket. SOLUTION: This jacket 10 is used when vulcanizing the belt sleeve 7, and is a cylindrical body of cross-linking a rubber composition of mixing ethylene-α-olefine elastomer in butyl rubber, and an iodine number of the ethylene-α-olefine elastomer is set to 10 or less.
