PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery module structure of a battery, able to be assembled by a simple method and from one direction, capable of suppressing temperature variations between battery cells, and capable of alleviating burden of an assembling worker, and to improve joining of electrical connecting terminals between electrical connecting terminals on the side of a vessel to house the battery cell and the battery cell. SOLUTION: As to this battery module 1 of the battery, this welding method includes a first process to remove the boehmite coats 34a, 44a of an electron terminal part by laser irradiation of a laser device, and a second process to laser-weld the terminal parts 34, 44 of the battery cell 3 and the battery cell 4 to the terminal 65 of a lower case 6.
