PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation program improving a user's map recognition sense while having a navigation function, and a program storage medium, a navigation device and a mobile terminal. SOLUTION: The navigation program allows a computer 1 to function as a recommended route retrieval means 11 retrieving a recommended route from a starting point following the input of a destination, as a route difference computing means 13 computing the difference between an actual moving route and the recommended route retrieved by the recommended route retrieval means, and as a score giving means 16 giving a score according to the difference computed by the route difference computing means.
