摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated composite material which is lightweight and has high rigidity and the rigidity of which is hardly changed even at high temperature and consequently which can be used suitably as a member of a diaphragm of a dynamic planar speaker to be used in a cellular phone or the like. SOLUTION: A film obtained by extruding and foaming a modified polyphenylene ether resin comprises a modified polyphenylene ether resin consisting of 10-60 wt.% polyphenylene ether resin and 40-90 wt.% polystyrene resin, has 60-300 kg/m<SP>3</SP>density and 0.1-0.5 mm thickness, and is characterized in that either of the ratio A/B (wherein A is the average cell diameter in the thickness direction; and B is the average cell diameter in the extrusion direction) and the ratio A/C (wherein C is the average cell diameter in the width direction) is 0.2-1.
