<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottle which prevents the entire panel from being easily reversed by an increase in the internal pressure of a bottle and improves depressurization absorbing capability. <P>SOLUTION: The bottle 10 includes a mouth 11, a shoulder 12, a trunk 13, and a bottom 14, which are formed integrally out of a resin. The trunk 13 has a plurality of panels 17 which are dented inwardly in the radial direction of the trunk 13 and are formed along the circumference of the trunk 13 at intervals. In the central area of the bottom face 17b of the panel 17, a diamond recession 18 is formed to be long along the central axis O in a side view of the trunk 13 and to gradually get smaller circumferentially as the recession 18 extends from the center of the bottom face 17b of the panel 17 in the direction of the central axis O toward the outside of the central axis O.
