PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent scattering of low viscosity adhesive swelled out from an adhesion part of a vehicle body panel by a simple structure. SOLUTION: When an outer panel 14, an inner panel 15 and a stiffener 16 are integrally connected by spot welding W2 in overlapped states via the low viscosity adhesive 17, the low viscosity adhesive 17 is swelled out from end edges of the inner panel 15 and the stiffener 16 holding the low viscosity adhesive 17, and thereby there is a possibility that the swelled out low viscosity adhesive 17 is scattered and is adhered to the surface of a vehicle body when washing the vehicle body completed in assembling by injecting water to the vehicle body. But a projecting part 14 is formed in a part of the outer panel 14 to cover the low viscosity adhesive 17 swelled out from the end edges of the inner panel 15 and the stiffener 16. As a result, scattering of the low viscosity adhesive 17 can be prevented by shielding the water injected to the vehicle body by the projecting part 14c when washing the vehicle body, and adhesion of the low viscosity adhesive 17 to the surface of the vehicle body can be prevented by an extremely simple and low cost structure.
