PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assist grip allowing an operator to get in and out a steering part easily to solve a problem wherein the operator is likely to fall down in an unexpected direction because the operator must grip the conventionally known assist grip provided in a rear wheel fender part with one hand and grip a steering wheel with the other hand when getting in and out the steering part in many cases and the steering wheel is not fixed at this time and is rotated if the operator puts his/her weight on it when getting in and out, although the conventional assist grips arranged on both sides of a seat in the steering part allow the operator to grip them automatically while seated on the seat without standing up and are effective as a grip allowing the operator to hold the posture for protecting his/her body even when a tractor loses its normal posture unexpectedly. SOLUTION: This assist grip 31 is arranged on a dash board 10 in front of the steering wheel 11 arranged in the steering part 4 of the tractor 1 and is constituted to change its height in the vertical direction freely.
