PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operation by making changes in the contents of playing potentiality in a reel-type game machine. SOLUTION: A reel-type game machine is configured to determine whether announcement of information for generating a result advantageous to a player, e.g., announcement of the kind of determined internal winning combination, is performed or not by lottery, and includes a microphone for inputting external sound, and it is determined by lottery that whether the information is announced or not at a probability from the result of a determination of whether a specific sound is included in the sound input from the microphone.
