X-RAY RADIOGRAPHIC APPARATUS, IMAGE PROCESSING DEVICE, AND IMAGE PROCESSING PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an operator to conduct an easy advancement of a guide wire through a blood vessel during PCI (percutaneous coronary intervention) treatment using a radiographic apparatus plotting information of depth. SOLUTION: Information on the positions of a three-dimensional blood vessel core wire and a plaque in a subject blood vessel to be photographed on the basis of three-dimensional volume data obtained from images photographed using the X-ray CT apparatus before the PCI treatment. Then, plaque depth information images are prepared on the basis of information related to the position of three-dimensional blood vessel core wire and the plaque during the PCI treatment, by changing displays of the plaque depending upon whether the plaque is observed in front of behind the three-dimensional blood vessel core wire to the projected direction and are displayed superimposing on the X-ray images.
