<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a structure that can obtain stable fitting force even if an ink refill is formed in slightly distorted shape inside a hole for retaining a rear end portion of the ink refill, and to easily pull out the ink refill even with the short tip dimension of the ink refill in replacement while having stable fitting force. <P>SOLUTION: The ball-point pen comprises a shaft cylinder 11, the ink refill 20 stored in the shaft cylinder 11 to store ink and having a ball-point pen tip 22 mounted to the tip, and a retainer 40 located near the rear end in the shaft cylinder 11 to retain the rear end of the ink refill 20.
