<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic powder and its sintered compact suitable for producing an air electrode when used for a solid oxide type fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: The air electrode is formed with the ceramic powder or its sintered compact which is characterized by having a perovskite-type oxide, as a main ingredient, and having a compositional formula denoted as (L<SB>1-x</SB>AE<SB>x</SB>)<SB>1-y</SB>(Fe<SB>z</SB>M<SB>1-z</SB>)O<SB>3+δ</SB>(wherein, L is one or more kinds of elements selected from the group consisting of scandium (Sc), yttrium (Y) and a rare earth element; AE is one or more kinds of elements selected from the group consisting of calcium (Ca) and strontium (Sr); M is one or more kinds of elements selected from the group consisting of magnesium (Mg), scandium (Sc), titanium (Ti), vanadium (V), chromium (Cr), cobalt (Co) and nickel (Ni); 0<x<0.5; 0<y≤0.04; and 0≤z<1). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
