<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of urging an unpaid used-gas fee for preventing huge amounts of gas from being used in the unpaid period of used-gas fee, and for continuously making the payment request of the unpaid used-gas fee to a delinquent. <P>SOLUTION: The method of urging an unpaid used-gas fee includes inputting and setting gas usable quantity Q usable until a gas cutoff valve 11 is forcibly cut off to a gas meter 3 of a delinquent house to set the gas meter to an unpayment urging mode (ST1, 2). During a period while the gas usable quantity Q is set, a gas forced cut-off warning indicating that gas is stopped when a used-gas fee is not paid is issued (ST3), and when the quantity of used gas from the point of time when the gas forced cut-off warning is issued reaches the gas usable quantity (ST5), the gas cut-off valve 11 is forcibly cut off (ST7), and an operation input by a valve opening switch 14 is invalidated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
