<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for automatically switching an instruction of an operation procedure according to a progress situation of assembly operations. <P>SOLUTION: An operation instruction device 4 outputs an instruction of the operation procedure of the assembly operations for every process. An imaging device 1 photographs an image that displays at least any one of a plurality of parts that are the objects of the assembly operations and one or more tools used for the assembly operations. An image processing device 2 performs image processing on the photographed image. A control means 3 detects that the operation in the process corresponding to the instruction output by the operation instruction device 4 is completed based on the image photographed by the imaging device 1. The control device 3 controls the operation instruction device 4 to output an instruction about a next process after the process in the operation procedure when detecting the completion of the operation process corresponding to the instruction output by the operation instruction device 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
