PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately perform filter processing on data after correction processing. SOLUTION: A band dividing section 101 divides inputted image data, and a blank adding section 102 adds blank data to the divided image data. A blank identification signal output section 105 adds identification information for identifying the blank data to the divided image data to which the blank data are added. A shading correction section 104 performs correction processing on the divided image data to which the blank data are added, on the basis of the identification information.
