PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a damage caused by breakage of a coil of transformer. SOLUTION: A printed circuit board comprises an electrode 3A for connecting transformer which has a primary coil on a low voltage side and a secondary coil on a high voltage side, a wiring pattern for mounting a transformer, which is formed in a transformer-mounting region 10 near the place where the transformer is to be mounted, and a solder resist film which is made of a translucent insulating material and covers a wiring coating region in a wiring pattern except the electrode 3A, wherein a surface of the wiring coating region allocated in the secondary coil arrangement region 28 having the possibility of electric discharge is covered with a silk electric discharge prevention part 5X and the silk electric discharge prevention part 5X is not allocated in the primary coil arrangement region 29 which does not have the possibility of electric discharge.
