PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow access from a Web client via tunnel connection to a Web server. SOLUTION: This information communication method includes: a process for establishing the tunnel connection of an external proxy server 105 and a plurality of internal proxy servers 205 and 305, and for making a Web client 111 connected to the external proxy server 105 transmit an HTTP request; a process for making the external proxy server 105 transmit the received HTTP request through the tunnel connection to the internal proxy server 205 or the like; a process for making the internal proxy server 205 or the like transmit the received HTTP request to a Web server 211; a process for making the Web server 211 return an HTTP response to the internal proxy server 205 or the like; a process for making the internal proxy server 205 or the like return the HTTP response to the external proxy server 105; and a process for making the external proxy server 105 return the HTTP response to the Web client 111.
